How do I get my waist size?

The easiest and most effective way to get your waist size is having flexible measuring tape, like for sewing, and measure your waist. You will still need measuring tape to measure the length of your string, but if you do not have flexible measuring tape, you can do the following: 

1. Get some yarn, string, or anything very flexible to wrap around your waist. 
2. Figure out where you want your beads to fall on your waist, and place your string around your waist in that area comfortably. Please do not suck in, make it too tight, or take inches off. This can effect how your beads will look on you and how comfortable they will be. 
3. Wrap your string all the way around your waist until they meet, and cut the string, then measure! If you are in-between an inch, you can size up or down depending on how you want them to sit on your waist!

What if my beads break while I'm wearing them?

If your beads snap suddenly and it hasn't passed the 30 day exchange policy, you can send them back and get new waist-beads. We do not issue any type of refund on broken items, only exchanges! Can you do any color or any combination of colors even if it is not listed on the website?

Yes. We can do any color combo or any crystal combination. Any custom item with more than 4 colors will have an extra fee (ex. a rainbow waist-bead). Any custom item with more than 2 crystals on the same item will have an extra fee as well. If you want a very specific combination that is not listed on our site, please email us to place an order at the email above.
