Refund policy
We have a 2-day return policy due to most of our items being custom made, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. In order to get a FULL REFUND, if you have CUSTOM ITEMS in your cart, you will need to notify us within 24 HOURS FROM YOU RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE OR ORDERING YOUR ITEMS. YOU WILL HAVE TO MEET THIS 24 HOUR DEADLINE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND FOR CUSTOM ITEMS. Within this 24 hour period, our CEO has already started on your custom items, and this policy is to ensure that we don't waste material and get paid for our time. If you pass this 24 hour dead-line, you will get refunded half of the amount of your custom made items. If your order contains any items we have on hand, you will get your full refund for that item.
Please keep in mind that every custom-made item is cared for with love. Every beaded item is hand polished, sanitized, and spiritually cleansed before they come to you!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at beadsbyny2022@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address that is sent to your email after confirming your refund.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. IF YOU DO NOT ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE ITEM, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF REFUND ON DAMAGED ITEMS WHEN YOU TRY TO FORCE THEM ON. If you know the item is too small or too big, please email us to start a return so we can EXCHANGE/REMAKE the item for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 5 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
